About The Regulatory Board

The new Regulated Health Professions Act (RHPA) was passed in 2009 and will eventually replace The Chiropractic Act of Manitoba (1945). With the new legislation, the profession's legislative authority will soon become the College of Chiropractors of Manitoba.  The RHPA legislation will also be developed into profession-specific regulations and by-laws.

As this process will take a few years, the Manitoba Chiropractors Association will fulfill the dual role of membership and regulatory until the change has been affected.
